Wine Boxes Care Much About Box Quality
The wine box differs from other packaging boxes in that it is designed to hold a fragile wine bottle that needs to be protected from shaking during shipping. To ensure the safety of the bottle, a solid cardboard material and a suitable insert are necessary. This high-quality wine packaging box with fabric inserts is made from 3mm thick MDF board, a wooden material that provides excellent protection during shipping. The fabric insert is designed to prevent scratches on the bottle body and label, while a foam insert cut to the same shape as the bottle provides additional cushioning. The box is secured with two hidden magnets in the open flap, which keep the box securely closed. The wine box can be printed with your own design, and we provide a free die-line template to help you create a printable artwork design. This is the first step in customizing your wine box.
Create A Single Packaging Carton For Wine Box
If the wine boxes are not the final selling package or will be shipped to customers, you may want to consider creating single, 2-pack, or 4-pack configurations. Once you request this, we will begin building a die-line for the master carton to fit the wine pack(s). Additionally, if you require strict packaging, we can use EPE/XPE/EVA foam padding to protect all six sides of the master carton, ensuring that there is no damage to the outside of the box during long-distance shipping.
