Secondly, printing location is a crucial factor to consider when producing large boxes. To print such a large area, we need to print the paper at least twice and join them together. Our advanced machines have a maximum printing size of 1680*1380mm, but your designer needs to be cautious of the split line on the boxing draft. However, we ensure that the printing process will not harm the box’s strong quality and printing.
Lastly, the cost is an important factor to consider. We require a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 300 pieces, and the cost is relatively high due to the use of at least 8 pieces of rigid cardboard per box. However, we offer a solution to reduce shipping costs by making the box foldable, which can save you up to 80% of shipping costs.
