Health products like tonic, and vitamins all need well-designed paper boxes to pack and attract the customer. This series of paper boxes we talk about in this article were custom-made for a USA customer for his health brand Africa Angel. The box is used to pack 16fl oz bottles inside.

The box style is an auto lock bottom box, which means the box bottom can be sealed without any fold or glue. The bottom was glued in advance during box production, in this way can save the product packing time.

The material for these boxes is 300gsm ivory paper, which is widely used for small retailing product packaging boxes. Also, it can be made of 350gsm paper stock, which is a bit hard and thick.

The printing of these boxes has CMYK offset printing, finished with gloss lamination makes the boxes look shinier and it can protect the printing.
The boxes are shipped to our customer inflatst, packed into the corrugated carton. It can well protect the boxes inside the carton. Also, it can be easier to move and store. If you need a pallet to pack the carton, we can provide a 1000*1200 mm standard Europe pallet.
